I’m not sure because I wasn’t sprinting today - rather trying to operate at around a consistent ~85% effort - but shaving almost a minute feels tough!
Can you do a 6:40 2k sprint? Maybe I’ll try this week. Honestly think I’ve only ever done a 2k row once before in my life before today 🤣
