Try to figure out exactly what is dropping first as a new router may not be the fix. Is it the link to the ISP that drops or WiFi that drops out? If it is the link to the ISP then try to work with their helpdesk to check what is causing the drops. If it seems to be WiFi then try a wired connection to see if it is stable. If it is WiFi that is dropping then it might just be a case of relocating the router or getting a WiFi extender device to get better coverage.

Happens on wifi, but my node keeps dropping off and on too, which is hard wired.
It’s probably worth checking with the ISP then (if you haven’t already) to confirm that they can’t see any issues from their side. It can depend on the technology used to deliver the service. Fibre services are usually pretty reliable, but we see a lot of issues here in Australia with drop outs in some areas that are using VDSL over copper phone lines, and the ISP has systems that can help diagnose that sort of issue. Your router may also have some logs that could help determining what the issue is.
