Discard email and only accept Nostr for all communication

Adopt all services to Nostr versions, for example instead of Signal fork Session messenger or better yet SimpleX to run through Nostr nodes

I only use email to receive transactional emails; if people email me I probably won't see it

most of my communication already happens on nostr, even with an appropriate DM experience yet
