It's just a stress test. This kind of behavior is expected imo. It's definitely annoying, but it also shows you what relays aren't putting a lot of effort into spam filtering.
The dialogue definitely looks a little bit more sophisticated, but if it's still replying in under a second, imo It's obvious bot behavior and should get nuked.

Realistically though, most of these bots reply in under a second based on the data I've seen on my relay. Even if you're consistently online and you see a post a second goes live, it still takes you three to four seconds to tap out a short reply and post it.
