what do you mean? I'm referring to the fact there should be some domain specific language that describes a nostr app, in the same way HTML, CSS and javascript described ways to build web applications.

Then AIs can write much less code to generate a working nostr app. no need to use nostr libraries, etc. it will all be built into the nostr browser

I thought you were building like a local AI into notedeck, I was thinking it would leverage something like ollama and allow me to query it and build nostr apps without using something like OpenWebUI.
