New month, clean slate.

Same mission: average 100 push-ups a day for all 31 days.

Some days 50, some days 150+ — doesn’t matter. The math works itself out when you just keep showing up.

This isn’t about vanity.

It’s about getting stronger, denser bones, and refusing to let age win.

Your bones don’t weaken because the calendar flips — they weaken because you stopped loading them.

You don’t get old. You get lazy.

December goal: stay relentless.
