Iâd recommend mostly steak, personally. And eggs.
If youâve never done keto before, you may feel sluggish the first week or so. This is called the âketo fluâ. Your body is adapting to burn triglycerides and ketone bodies for fuel rather than carbohydrates. Your pancreas is probably over-producing insulin during this time, which will make you feel hungrier than you actually are.
The first week will be the hardest.
