Island Kiss Salmon Crudo 👌🏻💋🤤

I marinated the salmon in rock salt, coconut sugar, lime, and lemon juice. Thinly sliced it and served it over cream cheese, soy, cucumber, and avocado mousse. Finished with red oil, jalapeño, spring onion, and cilantro to add some fire to the plate. 🐟🍴

Fresh, zesty, spicy… a perfect balance game. 🍋🌶️🍋‍🟩🔥🌟
