Let me know what you think. I usually toast them in butter before using as well. You can probably see in my burger photo, the slight crust.

But they are prone to being quite wet/soft rather than dry/soft. The egg white glaze adds to the stickiness too.

It can probably be improved. But I still love them

Thank you for all the tips. I have been trying to make our own bread but I am very new to it!

I'm totally amateur, but I love working with dough and trying breads at home. Still lots to learn though.

I should share more recipes I try. There's a Rye bread I like to make at home for us. Pizzas and Pitas too.
