None is subjective.
Even if value is a matter of substance. Truth is geometrical. Depends on the tools and the angles.
Truth, the noun, is objective. There is only 1 truth, not multiple conflicting truths.
Sentences as “cats are prettier than dogs” are neither true nor false, just opinions. There can be a lot of opinions but it’s not precise to say there are a lot of truths. “Subjective truth” is just an opinion.
One of the greatest managers I had at work always used to say “perception is reality”. That’s certainly true in a work environment, but sadly more and more true in the real world too.
Economic value is subjective.
"Value" has many meanings. Some of them are objective. Eg: Mathematical values, measurements, etc.
Truth, by definition, must be objective or not be at all. However it requires discovery by imperfect human minds... our knowledge is always incomplete. So any claims of "objective truth" by a human are lies.
False confidence is socially rewarded so there is a great incentive to exaggerate certainty. "Your opinions, my facts".
Truth is ultimately not knowable because our minds are trapped under a subjective lens

I'd say the value you ascribe to truth is subjective, not truth itself.
Inside the VR of our brains, we attempt to create patterns of information that describe the universe outside of our brains.
For example Newton's second law: F = ma. This is a type of knowledge that we can use to describe and predict the outside world.
To the extent that this knowledge actually describes the outside world, then it contains truth.
There is nothing subjective about whether F = ma describes the outside world or "contains truth", however we can never know for sure if it does.
For value, it depends on what is meant by it. I see it often as a type of moral knowledge. Given the knowledge I know, what SHOULD I do?
Should I value skydiving for example.

It's like the line from Star Wars: "Only a Sith deals in absolutes." Really, Obi-wan? ONLY a Sith? ABSOLUTELY only? 🤣
As for value, it depends on the desires of each individual. It no longer exists if we cease to exist, so it must be subjective.
But truth exists regardless of our own existence, so it must be objective.

No. Truth is an absolute. What changes is our perception, which is molded by bias, experience, intellect, ignorance, etc
