Needs some bigger wheels to fill up those fender wells & then maybe to be dropped like an inch.

Agreed 💯

Styling was different back then especially the early Vipers from the factory. The C5, Mustang and most cars from that vintage suffered from a large tire fender gap straight from the factory.
