I know this sounds crazy, but try eating 4-6 eggs with cheese and bacon for your first meal. Eat a pound of ground beef for your second meal. Once or twice a week replace the beef with Salmon or chicken. High quality ingredients are key. This diet is affordable, effective, and tasty.

I’m no expert, but from my experience and from my uncle’s experience, we think it works well and is healthy.

Pro Tip: If your traveling and don’t want to eat unhealthy food at a drive thru or restaurant, swing by you local grocery store and grab a pound of thick sliced roast beef. It’s like eating steak.
