I’m no expert by any means and could be completely retarded, but this was my experience:

If you want easy in the US, it’s going to be KYC. If you’re in Europe, I was told Wallet of Satoshi makes it super simple but that wasn’t an option.

You want to be self sovereign, it takes a little bit of investment. Not too hard thanks to things like AlbyHub in the US. If you run a btc node already, you’re pretty much halfway there. If you don’t yet, Start9 is a great product and makes it foolproof to get started running a node and a whole lot more for digital security and privacy.

You then have to get a Lightning Node setup which means running something like LND off the back of your node and tying up a great deal of Sats into channels. Alby makes this pretty painless though and is a good teacher, but it does take a bit of learning. Start9 really helps in the original process with all of their plentiful instructions as well.

After all that is setup though, you just NWC (Nostr Wallet Connect”) which is just copy and paste this long URL(connection secret) from Alby to Primal or whatever Nostr app you prefer.
