That smile. He and the lot think they are actually doing some good. Or at least that they are fooling others. They live for the applause not the result. Behind the current they pay themselves on the back for their nonsensical ideas and ability to deliver those ideas to the echo chamber.

Grocery stores are markets, they don’t control supply and demand. They facilitate. At best they can put their thumb on the scale. They can’t offset increasing supply costs against structural demand.

Dark times ahead for Canadians.
