Unbelievable. He doesn’t take any responsibility for the problems his policies have caused. He is attempting to eat the NDPs lunch by outflanking them to left even more. Jagmeet has been calling it “greedflation” for two years and has been blaming the grocers.

So many serious people in the commons behind the supreme leader. Inspires hope. Here, take my money, I know you’re all up for the job!

The stacking will continue until morale improves. Wgmi.

Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with that family.

What a complete moron.

Canadians: plan to stock up food supplies while food is available. Sounds like it will take half a year before Trudeau does anything, but at some point you can expect bare shelves and closed down supermarkets and you need to be ready for that.

If the laws were fair, supermarkets would always have low competitive prices due to competition. But laws tend to block out little guys, make it illegal for farmers to sell direct, etc. Trudeau can make prices plummet if he got his damn government out of the way. He is the problem.

An at home freeze dryer is one of the best ways to preserve meat such as ground beef and thinly sliced steaks and roasts. It's much better than the quality you can get from the store.

I freeze dry raw beef with a max temperature of around 100°F and package in mylar bags with an oxygen absorber. Then when ready to eat, I'll cold soak it for several hours and cook it up as typical — works great.

That's such a cool technique. I'm glad it works for you.

I'm using the very old school technique of leaving the meat alive in the pasture until I need it. Not only does it stay fresh, but it increases in size and weight.

Even better :)

How long does it keep once freeze dried?

It can be about 20 years.

Wow! That’s impressive, takes up less room that having a living cow in my basement too 😂

Any bookies giving odds on Canada break-up date?!

That smile. He and the lot think they are actually doing some good. Or at least that they are fooling others. They live for the applause not the result. Behind the current they pay themselves on the back for their nonsensical ideas and ability to deliver those ideas to the echo chamber.

Grocery stores are markets, they don’t control supply and demand. They facilitate. At best they can put their thumb on the scale. They can’t offset increasing supply costs against structural demand.

Dark times ahead for Canadians.

brings me childhood memories... Brazil's 80's politicians were like that, blaming supermarkets for high prices...

yep, stock food.
