You don't actually have any way of knowing if it was flu or COVID. If you used a home test, it was pointless, they've never been accurate. If you didn't, then the pandemic denialism of saying "flu" is even more baseless.

Sorry. That's fair. Masking around people will reduce viral dose for anything you can catch by breathing. That's the only really effective thing I know
