Russet Potato Harvest 🥔

These potatoes were grown in fungal dominant wood chip based soil with zero additional compost.

I planted around 6-10lbs of seed & harvested 60+ pounds.

Next SZN I'm using the same method just rotating the potatoes to compost amended beds.
