Who is the piece of shit with the rifle?

It seems that his name is David Barret

Oh, I see. The photograph is from National Geographic. However the picture from Daily Mail doesn't show park rangers who helped to kill the elephant.

> Few could imagine this hunter is really a retired civil servant living in Hampshire who has killed and skinned more than 300 animals in Africa.

It's also easy to completely misunderstand why old and aggressive elephants are culled to allow more male elephants to breed and increase the population faster.

I didn't know that part, I was actually referring to the demand for ivory, which serves as an incentive for it to disappear… I guess what you said helps too🫡

*Not to disappear 🤦‍♂️ my mistake

The ivory demand does still lead to the continued poaching of African elephants.

In most cases, (and this one in particular) the elephant was being culled as part of the parks program to increase heard size safely.

It's an incentive to prevent the species from disappearing, if they are seen as private property, it complements what you said before to preserve them
