If it was genetic, wouldn’t that genetic trait die off since homosexuals aren’t reproducing and passing down the genes that make them be that way? I know recently we are playing god and making babies in labs with eggs and sperm from homosexuals, but that’s fairly recent. And sure we have seen these behavior for millennia, but we have to assume sexual abuse was also a thing back then.

So would that logic not suggest it could be a learned behavior?

Animals are different than humans, but even then are there animals that only mate with the same sex. I’m actually curious.
