I have deleted my external SSD in disk utility by accident and now i cant seem to reinstall it
Any hint would be appreciated

Probably this option erased the partition. You need to format the disk with a partition with MacOS compatibility.

Thats what i assumed but there is not even an unknown partition being shown, damn
If I remember correct, if you reboot and start in recovery mode, tjere is a tool available capable to read raw disks and format with a MacOS partition. Or you can try with a Linux in a live USB.
