I think they’re both on amethyst. Seems like an issue between amethyst and some other clients.
They play fine in amethyst,yakihonne and primal. I don't have damus.
The video was uploaded usimg yakihonne. Maybe you missing the relay?

Yeh nostr:npub1ghcetnluhryhynhuyj8s2pazldjm27wl40nu6dfeskvpv09twcnsneygat dev team suspects some iOS change that caused the regression on not showing image on certain videos
