ah yeah that's something i gotta get... it's called rucking, also, as it originated from just putting heavy weights in a bag, and it's standard military training to get used to marching with a 15-20kg weight on board (5kgs for gun and ammo, plus a full day pack

May be i'm ignorant but i feel all too much is made of exercise-to-sell stuff when it is simple: i read somewhere that **3hrs of walking is like 30 mins of running** without the stress on the joints. Simply walking to the next town is enough to test this ( pls don't tell me the next town is on your doorstep ).

Also **only eating at home or home made**. People don't allow the £glucose turned #glucogen in their livers to be released back into their low-sugar bloodstream when needed.

At school i had a friend that would stop at the shop like 15mins before home to buy and ear chocolate.

Glucogen in the liver is then turned into fat if not dumped back into the blood stream.

"A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!"

You're correct. I think I picked a poor article. I was interested in how added weight effects bone density.

It didn't open in #torbrowser :( so i didn't read it

Oh, it just talks about some of the benefits, but there is links for stuff to bug at the end lol
