Decided to break the fast with a bone broth and egg soup.
Not hungry but slightly lightheaded, might not be optimal for working out. 
nice. i like doing 36 hour fasts once a week. for me, the hardest part is around 18 hours and doing some light cardio then actually helps reduce the hunger.
