we have provided over 325 grants to open source contributors

you probably use a bunch of the software we support

we dont fund any devs that change bitcoin and personally i am very publicly conservative regarding protocol development

I am pretty sure he might say that BIP444 might confiscate the coins in Taproot address which could be considered legitimate argument but he is unlikely to say that this BIP helps reducing arb data to Bitcoin timechain because as I mentioned before, he is a CORECUCK.
