I too am working out a way to put my S9 in my greenhouse in place of the oil heater. With the amount of heat it produces I'm sure it would do well for my 12x40. Just need to protect from moisture.

I have a second layer of plastic inside mine that I am heating and there is little to no condensation inside so really I think it would just need to be covered to prevent direct water contact. The thing puts out a ton of heat which would likely deal with excess moisture in the air and could mean needing to water the plants regularly where I haven't watered but twice so far this winter.
