1. Save you phoenix seed.
2. Uninstall from app store (because is linked to your account)
3. Install app from their github, without any fucking app store

4. Restore from seed.
Done, be happy and ignore all the shit.
If you still use an apple shit, drop it now and take an android, de-googled and do those steps.

The app by default is opening a LDK node on the mutinywallet.com domain, where reside a Mutiny server run by dev team.
Yes, you have the control of the keys and node, but if that domain goes busted, you cannot access your node.
That is not different than any custodial.
Think again. Run your own server and connect your device to it. Done.
