Ask your higher self or the universe to protect you. You can say, protect me from negative energy or entities.

I tried cleaning/programing aura with Sunlight and building psychic structures like home shields and anchors.

I’ve been pretty far out on my own and I was not able to fully protect myself from negative spirits or stay standing in front of death alone. I’d have to run or wake up back to my body.

I’ve found the best thing is to call upon the mercy of the Living God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

*He is not some slave master, he gives us free choice!

We can say:

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.

Have you tried asking to be made invisible? Like an invisibility cloak. Next time ask to make you invisible and see what happens. I’m thinking whatever we believe in works. If you think Jesus will protect you, he will. If you think your higher divine self protects you, it will.

I’ve never done plant medicine and probably never will. I’ve been curious about it but it seems like people who do plant medicine still have many blind spots.

I prefer the light of Christ and the power of almighty God.

We are not god, our “higher selves” are not god, but we are called back to our inheritance as God’s children by redemption through Jesus Christ.

Jesus is alive today and is very real.

You can try to swap words around for new age “spirituality” but these traditions persist through thousands of years for a reason.

You also can’t hide from things that live in the dark.
