I think they were talking about adding judges to the Supreme Court until they had a majority

Okay, let's say you're right. Is it actually a bad thing, or is it just bad because it's supposed to be the Democrats doing it now? It's functionally not very different from, say, refusing to vote on judicial nominations from Democrats so vacancies can be held for a Republican president.

I am not a fan of the Republicans in Congress over the last 25 years. That being said, using the rule book to play dirty and deciding the rule book doesn’t matter when you don’t get your way are two very different strategies. One is more dangerous than the other and the current Democrats are in the second camp.

Lmao Trump tries to stage the most inept coup I've ever seen and then spends the next four years lying that he really won but Democrats cheated, but yeah, no, it's the democrats with no regard for the rules. He even fucked up and publicly admitted he lost not long ago. Of course, it's obvious if you're paying attention because neither he nor his lawyers made claims near as bold in the 60+ court cases because he had to actually worry about a purjery charge if he lied about it there. And then Republicans refused to convict on impeachment and nominated him to run for president again.

You don't give a single solitary fuck about the rulebook. You care that you might lose. You're just a hypocrite, just like I thought.

That’s some pretty severe TDS you are suffering from, buddy. I hope you get the help you need.

Accusations of TDS are a deflection and a confession. A confession you can't refute a damn thing I said and a pitiful attempt to deflect attention away from that.

You’ve shared nothing but your opinion and some crass assumptions about my character. There is nothing to debate. You hate Ayn Rand and think I’m some kind of republican apparatchik. I like Ayn Rand she wrote a lot of insightful stuff and I find a lot more hypocrisy come from democrats. No amount of whataboutism and name calling is going to change that

I'm not even a little surprised you wanna gloss over the actual facts I mentioned. It's exactly that type of thing that lead to calling you a hypocrite. You think dems are ignoring the rulebook, but you have absolutely nothing to say about Trump refusing to leave office peacefully, failing to make claims of election theft in court, or Republicans refusing to impeach him for it. All the times republicans shit directly in the rulebook and smear it around, you're fine with that. Some vague overreach by the democrats, though, is an unforgivable sin. You don't actually care about the rules. You care about how they'll help you win and get what you want.

He did leave off peacefully. Jan 6th was little more than a self guided tour of the capitol orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi.

Lmfao fucking what? Orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi? That's the most delusional thing I've heard in a while. I guarantee you have no source for it because that did NOT happen. If she'd had ANYTHING to do with it, republicans would be absolutely rabid about seeing every last one of them prosecuted. But instead, they make excuses and downplay it. Because, in typical Republican hypocrisy, the rules only matter when they help them win.

Trump incited them. Trump told them to go to the Capitol and fight like hell. Trump refused to call in the National Guard. Republicans gave tours of the White House in the days leading up to it. Trump fanned the flames by tweeting that Pence "didn't have the courage to do what should have been done". Trump refused to say anything bad about the rioters. Hundreds of republicans got arrested in the riots.

If a singular democrat had had anything at all to do with it, we'd still be hearing about it, and because democrats actually have standards at least SOME of the time, they'd have gotten booted out of office.

You are living in a bizarre reality, buddy. I hope these tirades are helpful

Well I can't disagree on it being bizarre. You'd think the party of family values and being tough on crime wouldn't vote for a certified rapist who cheated on his wife with a porn star and got convicted of over 30 felonies.

But I'm just gonna point out that the one thing you haven't done is refute any of my claims. You've just said whatever makes it easiest to write me off without thinking about it any further. Go ahead, source just one thing you've said or refute just one thing I've said. Just one.

I’d like you prove that I’m a bigot or a hypocrite or that I even voted for a presidential candidate or my party political party affiliation.

Self guided tour.

self guided tours are not orchestrated, they are self guided.

The silence is deafening. Only an issue when Democrats do it, then. In true conservative fashion, the morally right thing is whatever gets you what you want and the morally wrong thing is whatever helps your opponent.

My posts are really getting to you. For that I am glad.

Nah, don't think you're special, I call out the rightwing hypocrisy and bigotry in general. I just actually check back when I ask questions because the hypocrites always get quiet when you ask pointed questions, so you gotta hold them to it.

Actually I consider you special. You’re my first troll on this platform and I know I’m not supposed to feed you, but now I’m wondering just how mad you can get.

Idk, maybe you'll do something outrageous enough to make me mad, but I think you're confusing calling you out for being angry.
