There are a few methods:

Coin join

Swap to a shit coin on an anonymous dex that doesn't require kyc like sideshift.ai and then swap back to btc

Open a lightning channel.

Send utxo's only when doing any of these actions or send to a friend who can send different utxos back.

Never have a change output.

Always spend full utxos only.

When accepting kyc coins never mix then with non kyc coins in the same wallet.

Any washed coins should go into a new ewllet that never had any kyc coins in it.

Also, never touch the internet without VPN.

What do you guys recommend for a VPN mine sold to an Isreal company.

all of them have pros and cons.

some decent ones I am aware of are NordVPN, ProtonVPN and Mullavad.

I am sure some may chime in and criticize any one of these, so there is alot of debate and different favourites.

I recommend reading about atleast these 3 and noting the differences and reviews and choosing something that works for you and your threat model and daily practical and bitcoin activities to keep in mind.
