Day 2 of #CamphoSal experiment.

Changed the ratio to 5 caps of charcoal to 1 tsp of coconut oil, then chilled for 5 minutes to firm the gloop.

Went down much easier.

Yesterday I felt exceeding clarity. I believe the gloop made it past the stomach and was able to act on the small intestine and the interfaces of the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. I suspect it also cleanses the appendix.

No die off symptoms whatsoever, but I've done a lot of gut work already and I'm assuming the charcoal soaks up any die off immediately.

Will run a total of 7 days and then reflect. Goal is to sterilize the upper intestine and reduce systemic endotoxin, thus improving wellbeing/metabolism.

I only needed to run this a week to accomplish the full sterilization of the small intestine.

Best DIY method I've found to accomplish this, and superior to antibiotics (I've used doxycycline myself) for this purpose.

What is the main reason to sterilise the upper intestine?

Been working on microbiome/gut, and it’s improved, just got back latest stool test.

Still have some blasto parasite, but that’s ok, whilst gut lining still needs lots more good bacteria

All signs of candida gone which was main thing

Also did a hair test, and found both mercury and uranium in levels too high. Heavy metal exposure not good at all

I learnt that mercury from fish in your system can be 5 years old

I also think it’s part of the shit they’re spraying in the skies

So got to get a handle on the heavy metals next
