although i must admit i always suspected $intc would find its way back to being a profitable giant, i never thought they would achieve such a feat in such a short time frame. whether you are someone that supports intel or a critic, you must admit that the earnings we recently witnessed were kind of unexpected to most of those that doubted intel. institutional investors backing their vision were the first step to signalling to the market that intel is here to stay and it is not a company that is going to be forgotten in the past. i will never forget being on @x and seeing on my timeline people heavily familiar with tech proclaiming intel is the nokia of smartphones. in fact tweets like that made me suspect that intel was so undervalued it was scary. i want to also outline the fact that buying intel at the sub 20 levels felt a little uncomfortable in the moment and that's why retrospectively i know i made a good decision. i am not even talking about it in terms of alpha gained but believing in a vision when you are one of the only people in the room that believe in such a thing. i do not think there is a better feeling as an investor than that. being judged, being mocked, but then the market proving you right. that will be all for now. have a great saturday.
