It's a weird thing but one of my favorite parts of traveling is seeing all the bizarre different cultivars of peppers that exist all over the world that you cant even believe exist. There's probably more cultivars of peppers than there are shitcoins.

The Serrano is my go to for spicing up a red sauce. Birds Eye is my go to for garnishing a dish for spice. Italian Long Hot for pizza. Jalapeno for meat dishes. Fuck shishito. Poblano or wax peppers for soups. Just to start!
