One thing that is glaringly obvious after spending a short period of time off twitter/on Nostr:

The twitter algos are hyperspecialized in inciting and amplifying highly charged emotional interactions.

This becomes more and more evident the longer you spend away from the platform.

The interactions feel much more natural, positive, and communal on Nostr. Good vibes all around.

It was @gigi that oranged pilled me with his website. I stayed up all night enthralled with his writing. It blew my mind.

I think it's time I revisited his work. 🫡

So long as someone controls your attention, they control your personal “mempool.”

Your next “block” of action is drawn from the transactions they’ve fed you.

Only when you reclaim your attention do other possible futures become selectable, written freely instead of dictated.
