All it does is share your public lnurl by nfc.
But the nfc tag can be configure how you want within the limits of the tag.
The keychain simply share your public lnurl via nfc instead of having to get your phone out to scan the qrcode. There's no risk beside maybe receiving some sats.
The tag can also be configured how ever you'd like within the limits of an NFC tool apps. It's more than just a bitcoin gadget.
