But for illiterate the same is with fiat. They only understand the part that is in their physical hands and can be counted by physically adding one to another. They never understood any backing by gold nor anything like that. Anyone willing can trick them into anything. So they can have their paper coupons issued by some private entities backed by bitcoin.

No. Those will always need paper or coin money. Those who lack skill to use banks, not those whom banks reject but specifically those who lack skill, they have no chance with any money on any screens.
