I also noticed this a while back and reported some to nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr - I had the impression that they don’t ban accounts intentionally. My guess is that accounts with a lot of reports might get blocked.
