If you hang out on global feeds with a different combination of relays, you'll find diversity like the fediverse... along with bots, trolls, and spammers to make you nostalgic for twitter.

When we bitcoiners join here we tend to self-select, following npubs we recognise and then building our knowledge of relays, hashtags and filters that way. We're looking for signal and we're ruthless with noise.

So we're a subgroup.

What percentage of the orange and purple pilled, freedom-tech loving, pseudo-cypherpunk community sending notes and zaps using the nostr protocol are bitcoin only?

Yeah, maybe less than 50% of this subgroup "purist", and maybe up to 80% "bitcoin+pet project".
