Why booties > boobies
While boobies are nice, they do not signal fitness level. A lady could have nice boobies without being physically fit, but cannot have a nice bootie without working for it. If a lady has a nice bootie, there is a higher likelyhood that she will have nice thighs, core, ect.
Value however is subjective, so what is considered a nice bootie, boobies or physically fit, is up the beholder.
