Same here. But Jack is right that we haven't found a customer-facing killer feature yet. I don't think Zaps are it. It's funny but "Zaps" are not "social" enough.

We don't any gimmick to force mass adoption. Status quo is fun
I guess we need something fun you would use/share with friends. Like the "easy filters" that instagram added in the beginning for creating photos.
Do we need to please every customer?
