Everyone arrives when they're ready. What's your favorite thing to buy with Bitcoin?
No favourites, just began slowly supporting in-person merchants and seeing the value in doing so. The first time was Bitcoin Atlantis, and to be honest, I freaked out buying a 7,000 sat bottle of water lol it felt like a massive mindset shift so I understand why so many Bitcoiners aren't there yet. Other things I've been doing for a while that felt much easier was getting friends off 0, tipping taxis in sats, or zapping on Nostr of course ⚡️
BA 24 was really special. I attended as well, and it was a personal growth period for me. I found myself being forced to explore new lightning wallets so I could pay. I think that kicked off a lot of personal growth for people in attendance.
