been an Ashtangi for 10 years now.
its a great supplement to seated meditation.
and I would take being able to do the Primary Series well
over being one of these gym bros any day.
if you can do that, you're already basically a superhero.
its great because you do the same (very difficult) thing every time so you get an index of how you're performing regularly,
and theres not anything woo about it.
