Interesting! I'd almost agree with him were it not for the fact that Bitcoin is money, and as such not an investment but simply saving. I guess I can gloss over this detail if more and more people get on board though 😁
In spain you cannot do that because ocupation is practically legal. OK its illegal but the court spends 6+ years trying to get the bad people out of your property.
Some 3 letter agencies doesn't want you to invest in your own freedom. They would rather have you put your money in remote real estate. Don't fall for it.
