If you want to maintain your ideal weight, you need to do resistance exercises so that you can eat more, build muscle to reach that Ideal weight.

Thanks! What do you mean by resistance exercise? I almost don't do any cardio. I train about 4-5 times per week: twice in the gym and twice on the stadium doing explosive plyometrics.
Weight training or calisthenics exercises.
Protein wont keep in the body if you are not building muscle.

Check your weight and body look, if you like it, thats it. if feel shoulder too slim, train more on shoulder and etc...
#Carnivore diets are too easy to go into fasting. So we may become underweight.
This is why I back to some days of carbs because i am not doing gym 😅😅 to prevent underweight.
