Sure, a website for people who want to open a lightning channel but don’t care to who. You enter a lottery and the winner gets all the channels opened to them.
The lottery is based on guessing the block hash of some block, maybe 5 in the future. Which is just a number. So you guess a number and whoever is closest gets all the channels
Present your ideas first. If people like them, they'll be boosted and you'll get exposure. You don't need exposure first to present ideas.
