15 lb kettlebell clean & press 15 per side

Abdominal crunch 100 lbs

ROW ERG 30 sec

SKI ERG 30 sec

15 lb sledgehammer slams x 20

Prowler push 105 lbs

Push-ups x 15

Repeat once more

5 min AMRAP:

Knee tucks on bench

Leg raises

Toe touches

Bicycle crunches

Russian twists

60 sec plank

20 min cybex arc trainer elliptical
