The point is user choice. Why is this so difficult to understand? Just code to nwc and you can use whatever wallet you want. Forcing cashu wallets on people is not the right approach.

Easy to access it outside your home with i.e. Tailscale.
Tailscale has been amazing for homelabs. Was way easier to set up than OpenVPN or Wireguard set up.
It also backdoors your network. wireguard is simpler and more secure

If you’re using headscale its fine, but seems so much more complicated unless you have tons of nodes
