You can send a "Zap" or Lightning tip to anyone. To have it be counted as a Zap and not just another Lightning tip, the receiver needs to use one of the following wallets:

Hey Derek. I still can’t see the lightning bolt under anyone’s messages to zap people. I can tip via the lightning icon on their profile page but that’s it. What am I missing? Thanks
