And yes they are the oem parts n shit…

Is the cartridge itself leaking or is it the faucet maybe failing? Enough tape wrapped in the right direction? Only ideas I've got for now lol. Sorry not much help

You lubing that bitch up before sliding it in? If it has o-rings you might want to look for any sharp edges and try and deburring them the best you can. Maybe have to also use light emery cloth.
What lube? I know not of such thing?
