just finishing up eating the first steaks from this uraguay stuff

it's veal, i can tell, it's so goddamn chewy, and the marbling is basically not

i have so much of it tho, about 4kg, so i'm gonna have to deal with it

probably gonna learn how to make stew i think, because this stuff needs to be softened, it's not like mature beef at all

oh yeah and that's obviously part of the campaign... facebook and twitter et al are paid by people with huge amounts of fiat to shape the public dialogue to make it seem like this is democracy, by shadowbanning us "spoil sports" who don't think this is very funny or that the endless degradation of our lives is on a downward trajectory to teh Abyss

Sounds like you accidentally signed up for a 4kg cooking lesson. Low and slow is your new best friend braise it, stew it, or grind it. Either that or start trading steaks like sats.

On the cooking shows I usually see them pounding out the veal and doing a cutlet sort of deal. I'm guessing some sort of tenderizing step will help you out. Stew also seems smart.
