Twitter sports discussion was the 1 thing that kept me on twitter for longer than I wanted to be once i started using nostr more. I dont think Ive seen any college football discussion on here :(

I know but he’s playing this year! And it’s not just Chubb. Your league had 3 kickers go before Rico Dowdle, Ty chandler, JK dobbins… all guys with a rotational role in the offense. Don’t know which team you are, but id take a kicker, any kicker, in the last round and stack as many good skill players as you can.

The "wow that's crazy, did you see the game" meme is hilariously out of tune with a large majority of the world. Most people love sports and have an emotional attachment to their club/city/college/country team that represents them in some way. Sports are fun.

Tried to get my league of friends from growing up to invest the holdings in bitcoin and it’s interesting to see who’s on board. Commish clearly isn’t so I don’t think we’ll even get a vote

Who wants to do a fantasy football league of just Nostriches? We can call it the NostrBowl. Commisher collects via zaps. Payouts with zaps ⚡🏈
my first step was to convince my no coiner friends to hold our payouts in BTC this year. Normies are much more likely to do this since they are already gambling anyway. But will cause them to learn more, watch the price, create an exchange account (River) to receive the payouts.
We will either use River link or lightning in River for the weekly high score transactions.
I wish I can do this for my league but 2 many normies that have no interest. At least I got them to let me convert the season long payouts to bitcoin. On the 4th season doing this and I think some are starting to realize why I am so passionate about bitcoin. Winners are getting less sats every season
